Registration & Fees
You can register for submitting a paper to FAME2 on ConfTool from the 1st December: https://www.conftool.pro/fame2/
Conference fee:
- Regular participants: 250 € (Available from 13 March 2026 to 30 April 2026)
- PhD students: 175 € (Available from 13 March 2026 to 30 April 2026)
Students will be required to send a confirmation of student status to fame2@renyi.hu.
The declaration in English should be worded as follows:
I confirm that [name of the student] is a current student at [name of the Institution] and enrolled on [name of Course or Program] under the supervision of [name of a supervisor].
Signed and dated by both student and supervisor.
If you submitted a paper or poster and it was accepted for presentation, you have time until the 30thof April 2026 to register.
The registration of participation is binding.
The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 5 days following submission of the registration.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
The conference programme may be subject to changes.
Cancellation policy: We plan FAME2 as a face-to-face meeting, according to its spirit and tradition, and in the current situation it is possible in Hungary to plan such a meeting for June 2026. If we can organize FAME2 as a FtF meeting, then we are unable to refund the registration fee once it has been paid. If a sudden pandemic or other situation worldwide or in Hungary will make impossible to have a FtF meeting, then FAME2 will be held online. In this case, a partly refund of the fees paid will be decided at a later stage.
