PRIVACY STATEMENT

To be able to process your registration to a conference organized by/at the HUN-REN Alfréd Rényi Institute of Mathematics we need to collect the information contained in the online registration form. You are not required to supply this data. However, failure to do so results in our being unable to register you for the conference.

We use this data only for the registration and to communicate with you. Also, the necessary information will be shared with third parties providing accommodation or other services requested by you. We will not sell or disclose your personal data to other third parties.

You are entitled to access any personal data about you held by the Institute by sending a written request to the person named below. In this case you are required to supply a valid means of identification to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of your personal information.

You are also entitled to have the Institute modify or delete any information that you believe is incorrect or out of date. Please contact the person named below.

After the conference we keep and process your data to the extent that is required by applicable law.
